These terms govern your use of the Onative iPhone app, the Onative keyboard, and related services (together, the “Service”). “Onative”, “we” and “us” mean the provider of the Service.
By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are not yet an adult under the law where you live, use the Service only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Onative helps you communicate in other languages: translation and correction in the keyboard and the app, explanations, voice input and spoken translations, Conversation and Listen modes, Scan for text in photos, notes, and Group Voice for partners. Many features need an internet connection and are processed on our servers and by third-party service providers; some basic translation works offline on your device. We may change, add, or remove features. Some features (such as Group Voice) are available only with an access code from a partner.
You need an account to use the app; sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your Apple or Google account and your device secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One installation is linked to one account at a time. You can sign out or delete your account in the app at any time.
Some features use credits. Credits are currently provided free of charge. We may offer additional credits or paid plans through the App Store; the price and what is included will be shown before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms, including its rules on billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may change or expire as described in the app. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service or its support.

We may limit, suspend, or end access if you violate these Terms, or to protect the Service and other users.
Translations, corrections, explanations, transcriptions, and other results are produced automatically, including with AI, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. Review important results before relying on them. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency matters; consult a qualified professional or a human interpreter.
Text, voice, photos, notes, and other content you provide remain yours. You give us permission to process, store, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and secure the Service as described in the Privacy Policy, including sending it to our service providers to produce results. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to use it.
The Service, the app, its design, and the Onative name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these Terms and the App Store rules.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that results will meet your needs. We may perform maintenance, set usage limits, or discontinue the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including reliance on translations. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as Translations and automated results, Your content, Availability, Limitation of liability, and Governing law) continue to apply after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably through deliberation; if that fails, they will be resolved by the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app or in another reasonable way. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. These Terms are available in Indonesian and English; if they differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
